The 2022 Gubernatorial Elections By Max Hollingsworth

Maryland’s General Elections will be held on November 8th, 2022. In this race are all of Maryland’s executive officers, all 8 of Maryland’s seats in the House of Representatives, one of its seats in the US Senate, and the State Legislature.

The deadline for voting registration is October 18th. Early voting begins October 27th and ends November 3rd. You can vote early by going to any voting center in the county you live in between the hours of 7am to 8pm. General Election day is November 8th. If you wish to avoid going straight to the polls you can also vote by mail. In order to vote by mail, you must request a “mail-in ballot” from the State Board of Elections or your local election board. Your request must be received by November 1, 2022. Mail-in ballots must be postmarked or placed in a designated ballot drop box by 8pm on November 8, 2022.
